Claire is Head of Customer Experience Management at London North Eastern Railway, previously Virgin Trains East Coast. Sitting across CX, CRM and Loyalty, Claire and her team are focused on using data and technology to deliver an amazing digital and real-time on-board customer experience. Before this Claire was Head of Online & CRM at automotive brand Citroën, leading the digital customer experience. Previous to this she worked in various areas within Citroën Marketing including Advertising, Digital, Social, Local Marketing and Branding. Claire can be found travelling up and down the East Coast on an LNER train – great time to think of the next customer-centric innovation!
