With over 20 years in marketing, Toby Hollis is the CMO for Disciple, a community media platform. Toby started his career in agency land, working for the CRM and Digital agencies Proximity and Agency Republic. He then moved across to broadcasters and the media sector, working at the BBC, Channel 4 and The Guardian, and focusing on building direct audience relationships. In 2016 Toby joined Disciple, a mobile technology company that aims to put full control of the audience back in the hands of community hosts. Disciple powers the communities of a wide range of individuals and groups, ranging from the Rolling Stones, Troy Sivan and Madeleine Shaw through to Matt Hancock, the Secretary of State for Health.
